In the Apartments Silvija you will find your homelike holiday flat in direct vicinity to Dubrovnik City

Since 2014 we are welcoming guests to our Apartments Silvija and have arranged our holiday flats with much love and heart. The total of two apartment units is located on the first floor of the house and each has been furnished individually and functionally.

The distance of our apartments from the medieval city walls of Dubrovnik old town, depending on the traffic situation, is 20-minute drive only. If you don´t want to go to the lively city by car, the public bus takes you directly to the gates of the historic old town. The bus station is only in a few meters distance from our house and the bus runs at regular intervals of 15 minutes until the early hours of the morning. In the meanwhile your car can remain at our private cost-free parking place in front of the house.

To be more precise, the Apartments Silvija are located in the bay of Rijeka Dubrovačka (the river of Dubrovnik), in the suburb Rožat. Beside the old Franciscan Monastery there is also the spring of the shortest river in Europe - the Ombla – and from your balcony you have the wonderful view on its estuary in the Adriatic Sea.
