In this bright and modern studio apartment of 27m² up to two people can spend their holidays. Situated on the first floor it has of one sleeping-living-dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchenette and a separated small bathroom with shower. There are two sleeping places on a double bed (160 x 200) with separate mattresses available. A small south-oriented balcony with seating accommodation is completing the lovely holiday home.

The studio apartment is a non smoking flat. It is suitable for allergic persons and unfortunately therefore pets cannot be brought along. For refreshing your laundry there is a washing machine and dryer in the common basement available.
